Allow db name with $ symbol to be escaped in os.system commands

delete all childs from localdb while deleting parent

Terminal didn't allow $ without escape char.

fixed spelling mistake

Resolved cannot find module defs issue.

The module was referred to as defs and not as webnotes.defs, hence the issue.
